- 2 yellow squash
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash; add butter, bouillon, onion and Cheddar cheese. Cook 10 minutes; then add eggs, bread crumbs and sour cream.

2Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
