- 3 pkg. frozen French-cut string beans, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- dash of garlic salt
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Combine 2 tablespoons butter, flour, salt, pepper, sugar, sour cream, grated onion and garlic salt in saucepan.

2Cook until thickened.

3Mix sauce with beans and pour into buttered casserole. Cover with grated cheeses.

4Top with crushed cornflakes.

5Drizzle melted butter on top.

6Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
