- 1/2 pound bulk italian sausag removed from casings and crumbled
- 1 onions
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 knorr homestyl stock chicken tub
- 12 ounces stuffing seasoned or unseasoned cube mix
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven 400°.

2Cook sausage in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until done, about 6 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet; reserve drippings.

3Cook onion, celery and carrots in reserved drippings over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are golden, about 5 minutes. Stir in water, Knorr(R) Homestyle Stock - Chicken, stuffing mix, cooked sausage and parsley. Turn into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake covered 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additionial 15 minutes.
