- margarine (squeeze Parkay)
Directions

1Wash potatoes (medium or large).

2Cut into wedges.

3Drop into salted cold water for 1 hour.

4Drain, but do not dry.

5Put a couple of wedges in Shake 'n Bake bag.

6Repeat process until all potatoes are used.

7Place on greased cookie sheet.

8Salt potatoes and drizzle margarine over the top of potatoes.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
