- 4 to 6 potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Wash, but do not peel potatoes.

2Cut into wedges.

3Mix dry ingredients and put into plastic bag.

4Add potatoes and shake well to coat.

5Potatoes should be damp, so coating will stick.

6Put on cookie sheet.

7Dot with margarine.

8Bake for 1 hour in 400° oven, uncovered.
