  • 7 qt. tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 7 c. onions, chopped
  • 4 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 3 drops red food color

    Wash and prepare all vegetables.

    Wash and sterilize 10 pint jars.

    Combine all ingredients and fill jars.

    Cook in pressure canner on 11 pounds pressure for 10 minutes.
