- 4 c. green peppers, chopped
- 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 3 drops red food color
Directions

1Wash and prepare all vegetables.

2Wash and sterilize 10 pint jars.

3Combine all ingredients and fill jars.

4Cook in pressure canner on 11 pounds pressure for 10 minutes.
