  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 8 whole White Or Red Potatoes, Diced
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Minced (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 pinches Dried Oregano

Directions

    In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium/low heat. While the oil heats up, dice the potatoes and mince the onion (if using). Add to the skillet along with all the seasonings. Cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently, until the potatoes are tender. Serve with breakfast or dinner.
