- 1/2 whole Onion, Minced (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 pinches Dried Oregano
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium/low heat. While the oil heats up, dice the potatoes and mince the onion (if using). Add to the skillet along with all the seasonings. Cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently, until the potatoes are tender. Serve with breakfast or dinner.
