Ingredients

  • 1 half an onion
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 1 yellow bellpepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 handful of spinich
  • 1 half a tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 a little bunch of broccoli

Directions

    In bowl add spinich, cucumber , carrots , and broccoli.

    In sauce pan add a little bit of oil add your onions , and yellow bellpepper, and get then nice and browned .

    Seasoned with salt and pepper.

    In a different pan add 3 strips of bacon and cook them nice and crispy.

    Boil your eggs for 15 min.

    Once bellpepper and onions are cooked add them to the bowl with spinich, if bacon is cooked crush it.

    And add that to the salad.

    Once timer goes off peel your eggs and cut them as small or big as you like and add those to the salad.

    I add the tomatoes on my plate my husband and kids hate tomatoes so I just put them on my plate when salad is done.
