- 2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
- 3 1/2 c. dry milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 1/2 c. shortening
Directions

1Using large container, mix all ingredients together.

2Blend shortening into dry mixture until the texture of coarse meal. Store in covered container at room temperature.

3Makes 25 cups. Will keep 4 to 6 months.
