- 5 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 packages (1/4 Oz. Size) Yeast
- 3 cups Warm Water
- 1/4 cups Oil
- Melted Butter, For Brushing Over Tops Of The Loaves
Directions

1Whisk flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a very large mixing bowl. Mix in water and oil. Add additional flour until dough is stiff enough to knead by hand. Knead until dough is smooth and soft and forms into a ball.

2Oil the top of the dough ball, place in a bowl and cover with a cloth. Let it rise until doubled in size, then gently knead it. Let it rise again until nearly doubled then gently knead it and let it rise again. After the third time kneading, cut it into three portions, form into loaf shapes and place them into greased standard size bread pans. Let dough rise until it reaches the top of the pans. Preheat oven to 400 F.

3Bake in the 400 F oven for 25 minutes. Remove pans from oven. Immediately remove bread from pans and to cool on wire racks. Brush tops with butter while still hot.
