- 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas (corn are lower in fat)
- cumin seasoning
- lite salt
Directions

1Cut stack of tortillas into 8 wedges each.

2Spread wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

3Sprinkle with cumin and lite salt. Bake at 375° about 10 minutes or until dry and crisp.

4Monitor your chips as to not overbrown.

5You might turn them after 5 minutes. Store in an airtight container.

6When serving, freshen up in the microwave about one minute.

7Let sit about 5 minutes before serving, or they will be soft and chewy.

8Makes about 200 chips, 1 fat gram for 20 chips.
