  • 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas (corn are lower in fat)
  • cumin seasoning
  • lite salt

    Cut stack of tortillas into 8 wedges each.

    Spread wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

    Sprinkle with cumin and lite salt. Bake at 375° about 10 minutes or until dry and crisp.

    Monitor your chips as to not overbrown.

    You might turn them after 5 minutes. Store in an airtight container.

    When serving, freshen up in the microwave about one minute.

    Let sit about 5 minutes before serving, or they will be soft and chewy.

    Makes about 200 chips, 1 fat gram for 20 chips.
