- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut up
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 12 tablespoons flour
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 14 cups egg noodles
Directions

1Brown the beef strips in a large skillet.

2Add the onion and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.

3Stir in the flour, salt, paprika and ground black pepper.

4Add the soup, reduce the heat to medium and let simmer.

5Add the sour cream.

6Prepare the egg noodles.
