  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut up
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 12 tablespoons flour
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 14 cups egg noodles

Directions

    Brown the beef strips in a large skillet.

    Add the onion and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.

    Stir in the flour, salt, paprika and ground black pepper.

    Add the soup, reduce the heat to medium and let simmer.

    Add the sour cream.

    Prepare the egg noodles.

    Serve beef mixture over noodles.
