  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter- softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp shortening

Directions

    In a large bowl.

    Beat peanut butter, vanilla, butter until blended.

    Gradually beat in confectioners sugar & graham cracker crumbs.

    Shape into 16 eggs .

    Place on wax paper.

    Refrigerate 30 munutes.

    ( I usd a # 40 scoop).

    In microwave melt chocolate chips & shortening.

    Stir until smooth.

    Dip eggs in chocolate.

    Allow excess to drip off.

    Return to wax paper.

    Refrigerate 30 min.

    Decorate if you want or just leave plain.

    I drizzled melted chocolate over mine.

    Stored them in Freezer.
