- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter- softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp shortening
Directions

1In a large bowl.

2Beat peanut butter, vanilla, butter until blended.

3Gradually beat in confectioners sugar & graham cracker crumbs.

4Shape into 16 eggs .

5Place on wax paper.

6Refrigerate 30 munutes.

7( I usd a # 40 scoop).

8In microwave melt chocolate chips & shortening.

9Stir until smooth.

10Dip eggs in chocolate.

11Allow excess to drip off.

12Return to wax paper.

13Refrigerate 30 min.

14Decorate if you want or just leave plain.

15I drizzled melted chocolate over mine.

16Stored them in Freezer.
