- 6 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. whipped whipping cream
- 2 c. half and half
- 2 c. bourbon or rum (optional)
Directions

1Beat egg whites until fluffy and shiny.

2Beat egg yolks until thick and fluffy.

3Gradually beat in sugar.

4Add to the egg yolk mixture the whipped cream and half and half, stirring well.

5Add, still stirring, the liquor if desired.

6Fold in beaten egg whites.

7Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

8Dust with nutmeg.

9Makes 10 servings about 5 ounces each.
