- 2 c. rice
- 1 c. meat (pork, ham, beef or shrimp)
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 to 1 c. bean sprouts
- 2 or 3 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- butter or oil
- soy sauce
Directions

1Boil rice according to instructions on box.

2Use less water for flaky rice.

3Boil or cook meat or shrimp until done.

4Add a little salt and pepper.

5When meat is done, dice into small pieces.

6Scramble eggs; add green peppers, onions, celery and bean sprouts.

7Cook together until vegetables are soft.

8Cook in butter or oil.

9Add rice.

10Stir for about 10 minutes.

11Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.
