- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit (peaches or pears are good choices), well drained
Directions

1Cover a cookie sheet with plastic wrap.

2Drain the fruit well. Pour fruit into electric blender.

3Blend until fruit is a fine puree.

4Spread puree on plastic wrap as thinly as possible, making sure there are no holes and that the fruit does not touch the edges.

5At 150°, leave the cookie sheet in the oven overnight or until fruit is dry.

6Remove cookie sheet from the oven.

7Starting at one end, roll up fruit and plastic wrap.

8Make one giant roll or cut up.
