Ingredients
- 11/16 cup agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 13/16 cup applesauce
- 1 15/16 cups old-fashioned oats
- 11/16 cup seed mix: sunflower seeds, flaxseed, squash seeds, sesame seeds, etc.
- 11/16 cup nuts shelled, like hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts ...
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 7/8 cup dried fruit
Directions

1Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

2In a saucepan heat the syrup, oil, and applesauce until the mixture is liquid.

3In a medium bowl, combine oats, seeds, nuts and cinnamon.

4Mix in the syrup mixture.

5Transfer the mixture to 2 oven dishes.

6Bake the granola for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden.

7Remove from oven and let cool.

8Add the dried fruit.

9Serve with plain yogurt and fresh fruit.
