Ingredients
- 2 pounds of rolled oats
- 3/4 cup of raisins
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, raisins, almonds, and dried cranberries, walnuts, salt and honey.

2Stir until well incorporated.

3In a small sacue pot add sugar and water and simmer until slight caramel color comes to the liquid.

4Add butter in small pieces and sitr well with a wire wisk.

5When butter is well incorporated pour caramel sauce over oats.

6Stir well and spread over a sheet pan and allow to cool.
