- 3 c. heavy cream
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 qt. half and half
- 4 eggs
Directions

1For a 6-quart freezer, put 1 cup cream, eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in blender.

2Add 1 cup half and half.

3Turn on lowest speed and blend until sugar is dissolved and creamy.

4Add enough milk in freezer can until 2/3 full or up to full line.

5Pack with ice and salt.

6For 4-quart freezer, reduce amounts to 2 cups.
