  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 12 cup instant coffee
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups vodka

Directions

    Dissolve the coffee in the boiling water.

    Add the sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Allow to cool completely to room temperature.
  4. 4
    Add the vanilla and the vodka and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5
    Store in the refrigerator in a bottle or a pitcher with a tight fitting lid (I keep mine in a Lock & Lock pitcher).
