Homemade Marshmallow Chicks

Ingredients

• FOR THE MARSHMALLOWS:
• 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar, For Coating The Pan
• 2/3 cups Water, Divided
• 3 packages (1/4 Oz. Each) Unflavored Gelatin
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
• 1 pinch Kosher Salt
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• FOR THE DECORATION:
• 6 ounces, weight Good Quality White Chocolate
• 1 jar Yellow Candy Coloring, 2 Ounce (not Icing Coloring), Use As Much Or As Little As Desired
• 60 whole Small Round Blue Nonpareils
• 1/4 cups Yellow Tinted Sugar
• FOR THE GLAZE:
• 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 Tablespoons Milk
• 1/2 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
• 1 jar Orange Icing Coloring, 2 Ounce Jar, Use As Much Or As Little As Desired
