- 2 1/2 qt. water (10 c.)
- 1/2 qt. (45 gram) pickling vinegar
- 1/2 c. salt (canning salt)
- dill, dried pepper and garlic
Directions

1Wash cucumbers; put in jar and add a little dill, 1 dried pepper and 1 or 2 cloves of garlic.

2Boil first 3 items for 2 or 3 minutes.

3Pour over cucumbers and seal.

4Before you put seals on jars, boil them in a little pot so they get good and hot.

5After sealing the jars, turn them upside down for a few minutes.

6They will seal faster.

7If some don't seal you can put the whole jar in water (boiling) after tightening the lid.
