Homemade Pizza Crust

- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water (110~)
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
Directions

1Soften dry yeast in the warm water.

2Beat in 1 1/2 cups flour, oil and salt.

3Stir in 2 more cups flour and knead until smooth and elastic, about 12 minutes (will be firm).

4Place in a lightly greased bowl; turn greased side up.

5Cover, let rise in a warm place until doubled (1 1/2 to 2 hours).

6Punch down, cover and chill.

7Cut dough in half.

8On lightly floured surface, roll each into a 12-inch circle about 1/8-inch thick.

9Place in 2 greased 12-inch pizza pans.

10Crimp edges.

11Brush each circle with 1 tablespoon oil.

12Fill with desired toppings.

13Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
