  • 2 cup whole milk
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients into a heavy bottomed saucepan.

    Bring to a simmer and simmer until curds form.

    Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.

    Pour into a strainer lined with cheese cloth or paper towels and let drain for 20 mins.

    Use in your favorite recipes.
