- 2 cup whole milk
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients into a heavy bottomed saucepan.

2Bring to a simmer and simmer until curds form.

3Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.

4Pour into a strainer lined with cheese cloth or paper towels and let drain for 20 mins.

5Use in your favorite recipes.
