- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 7 Tbsp. oil
- 6 c. flour (all-purpose)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar and salt; stir.

3Beat eggs with a fork, then add, stirring well.

4Add oil.

5Add flour; mix well.

6Cover; let rise until double in size.

7Turn out onto floured board; knead, then cut out rolls, putting 8 to a pan. This makes 2 to 2 1/2 pans.
