- 20 grams sago
- 300 grams sugar
- 200 grams coconut, shredded (desiccated)
- 200 grams bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 cup degree.

2In a medium bowl put all ingredients and mix well, about 5 minutes (pliable mixture).

3Using a 2 inch diameter and 1/4 inch height ring or cookie cutter.

4Place the ring in a greased tray and put some sago mixture and press firmly until compact.

5(Top of the surface must be flat)

6Then very carefully remove ring.

7Repeat this step until finish the dough.

8Make 10 biscuits.

9Bake at 20 minutes or until golden brown.
