  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
  • 5 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts
