- 1 large loaf white bread
- 2 to 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans of chicken broth
- 2 to 3 ribs chopped celery
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Lay out bread the night before and let dry out.

2Melt butter, onions and celery.

3Saute.

4Blend sauteed mixture with broken up pieces of bread in a large pan.

5Pour in chicken broth until bread is mushy.

6Add eggs and blend together well.

7Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

8Butter bowl and place dressing in bowl.

9Cover and bake until brown in 350° oven.

10Makes one casserole bowl.
