- 1 gal. fresh berries or grapes
- 1 lb. granulated sugar
Directions

1Squeeze and mash fruit until it is broken to release juices. Add sugar and mix.

2Put in large, airtight container, glass, crock or plastic bucket with plastic tubing leading to a gallon jug of water.

3Allow to ferment in warm place (70° to 90°) for 12 to 20 days, depending on temperature.

4Strain well and repeat fermenting process with strained juice.

5Add sugar (12 to 15 days).

6Pour in wine bottles and cork.
