- 3 or 4 lb. pork
- 1 lb. sauerkraut
- 1/2 lb. whole cranberries
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Put in Dutch oven pot 3 or 4 cups of cold water and rinsed sauerkraut.

2Add whole cranberries and mushrooms.

3Cover with more cold water to 1 inch of cooking pot.

4Add pepper.

5Cover until boils, then simmer for 3 hours, or until when,

6using fork to pierce meat, it falls apart.

7Serves 6.
