- 300 g chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame oil)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
Directions

1Soak the chickpeas for about 24hours in about 1.5liters water.

2Rinse the chickpeas and cook them in boiled water with the baking soda.

3This will take about one hour and a half.

4Rinse the cooked chickpeas.

5Mix the garlic with the chickpeas in a blender.

6You must obtain a pretty thick paste.

7Add the sesame oil and then the sesame oile.

8When served, add a little olive oil on top.
