  • 2 lb. boned chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. grated ginger (can be made without ginger)

    Pour oil in hot pan.

    Add soy sauce, honey and ginger.

    Add 1/2 cup water.

    Add chicken; simmer until chicken is shiny and soy sauce is all absorbed.

    Serve with rice and vegetables.
