- 2 lb. boned chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger (can be made without ginger)
Directions

1Pour oil in hot pan.

2Add soy sauce, honey and ginger.

3Add 1/2 cup water.

4Add chicken; simmer until chicken is shiny and soy sauce is all absorbed.

5Serve with rice and vegetables.
