  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1/4 cup water

    preheat oven to 350.

    grease a 12 c bundt pan.

    in large bowl stir together first 6 ingredients.

    in small bowl lightly beat eggs.

    make a well in center of dry ingred's, add eggs, and remaining ingredients, and whisk well.

    pour into pan and bake for 50 mins, or until tester comes out clean-- i use a toothpick---.

    cool in pan, turn out to rack to cool completely.
