- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Combine butter, honey, mustard and lemon juice; mix well.

2Cut slits in chicken and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Place chicken, meaty side down, in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Pour mixture over chicken.

5Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Remove cover and turn chicken; bake 30 minutes or until well done.

8Baste occasionally.
