- 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops, boned and trimmed (1/2-inch thick)
- 2 scallions, cut into rings
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

2Brown chops for about five minutes on each side.

3Lower heat; cook for 10 minutes on each side or until the middle is no longer pink.

4In the meantime, combine scallions, honey, soy sauce and cayenne.

5When meat is cooked, remove from pan and place on a heatproof platter. Pour the remaining combined ingredients into the pan.

6Reduce heat to low and stir for a minute to heat and thicken.

7Pour over chops and serve.
