- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. biscuit baking mix
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, biscuit mix and baking powder in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs, honey and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.

2Pour into an 8-inch square microwave-proof baking dish.

3Cook on 50 for 10 minutes.

4Rotate dish if bread seems to be rising unevenly.

5Cook on High 2 to 4 minutes or until bread tests done.

6Remove from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm.
