- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. honey
- 3 c. scalded milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Combine eggs, salt and honey.

2Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.

3Add vanilla.

4Pour in custard cups; sprinkle with nutmeg.

5Place cups in pan of hot water and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until set.

6(If desired, instead of using custard cups, pour into a large mold and bake as above for 45 minutes.)
