Honey Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 1/4 c. bread flour
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Heat margarine, milk and honey until warm and margarine is melted.

    Add liquid to dry mixture and add eggs.

    Knead and add flour to make dough smooth and elastic.

    Put in well-greased bowl and allow to double, covered.

    Make rolls and put in oiled muffin pans.

    Let rise until double.

    Bake in 375° oven for 12 minutes.

    Use paper muffin cups to cut down on cleanup. Makes 36 rolls.
