Ingredients
- 4 1/4 c. bread flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.

2Heat margarine, milk and honey until warm and margarine is melted.

3Add liquid to dry mixture and add eggs.

4Knead and add flour to make dough smooth and elastic.

5Put in well-greased bowl and allow to double, covered.

6Make rolls and put in oiled muffin pans.

7Let rise until double.

8Bake in 375° oven for 12 minutes.

9Use paper muffin cups to cut down on cleanup. Makes 36 rolls.
