- 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 piece (1 1/2 inches) ginger, grated
- 1 1/3 lbs pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 5 oz sugar snap peas
- None None Asian noodles, to serve
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, 2 tsp of the sesame oil, garlic, ginger and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl.

2Meanwhile, heat remaining 1 tsp sesame oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned.

3Stir-fry onion and sugar snap peas until tender. Return pork to wok with sauce mixture; stir-fry until pork is cooked to desired doneness. Serve with noodles.
