  • 4 tablespoons yellow moong and urad dal paste
  • 2 tablespoons potatoes, peeled,boiled and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • oil, to fry

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.

    Knead well using your palms.

    Make into small round balls (pakoris).

    Heat oil in a broad pan.

    Drop by tbsps.

    into the oil.

    Deep fry till golden brown.

    Serve with mint chutney.
