- 2 tablespoons potatoes, peeled,boiled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- oil, to fry
Directions

1Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.

2Knead well using your palms.

3Make into small round balls (pakoris).

4Heat oil in a broad pan.
