- 6 1/4 to 6 3/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. crushed granola
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1Mix water and yeast; add 3 cups flour and salt.

2In saucepan, heat milk, honey and butter until warm.

3Add to flour mixture. Add eggs and beat.

4Stir in granola and rest of flour.

5Knead 8 to 10 minutes.

6Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours.

7Punch down, divide into 3.
-
8Place in loaf pans; let rise 1 hour.

9Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
