- 1 (10 lb.) whole, fully cooked ham
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/4 c. honey
- 6 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Place ham on rack in an open roasting pan and bake 15 to 18 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reaches 130°.

3Remove ham from oven and increase temperature to 425°.
