  • 1 (10 lb.) whole, fully cooked ham
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 6 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Place ham on rack in an open roasting pan and bake 15 to 18 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reaches 130°.

    Remove ham from oven and increase temperature to 425°.
