Honey-Hoisin Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sage honey (I used clover honey)
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
- 14 teaspoon salt
- cooking spray
- 12 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.

2Pour 1/4 Celsius honey mixture into a large zip top plastic bag; reserve remaining honey mixture.

3Add pork to bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning bag occasionally.

4Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

5Remove pork from bag; discard marinade.

6Sprinkle pork with salt.

7Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

8Coat pan with cooking spray.

9Add pork; cook 2 minutes, browning on both sides.

10Brush 1 TBS.

11reserved honey mixture over pork; sprinkle with sesame seeds.

12Place skillet in oven.

13Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160 degrees (slightly pink) or until desired degree of doneness.

14Place pork on platter, let stand 5 minutes.

15Drizzle with remaining honey mixture.
