  • 1/4 cups Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cups Almonds, Coarsely Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Soy Nuts
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 18 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix ingredients together.

    Spread mixture in a thin layer on a lightly greased, shallow baking dish.

    Toast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

    Remove nuts from the pan and place in a thin layer on wax paper.

    Crumble when completely cooled.
