- 1/4 cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cups Almonds, Coarsely Chopped
- 1/4 cups Soy Nuts
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 18 teaspoons Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix ingredients together.

2Spread mixture in a thin layer on a lightly greased, shallow baking dish.

3Toast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

4Remove nuts from the pan and place in a thin layer on wax paper.

5Crumble when completely cooled.
