- 34 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 13 cups oats (large flake)
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 14 cup almonds
- 3 tablespoons sugar substitute (Splenda)
Directions

1In a large pot, bring milk, water, cinnamon and salt to boil.

2Stir in oats and wheat germ and return to boil.

3Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring, for about 8 minutes or until thickened.

4Stir in almonds and Splenda.
