  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon peel
  • 2 eggs (room temperature ones)
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
