Ingredients
- 7 g dry fast rising yeast
- 225 g whole wheat flour
- 225 g white flour
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 ml warm water
- 35 g pumpkin seeds
- 15 g sesame seeds
Directions

1Put yeast, flours, and salt into bowl and stir.

2Make a well in the center and add honey, olive oil, water, and seeds.

3Stir until it is all mixed.

4It should be soft, but not sticky.

5Add more flour if needed.

6Form into a ball.

7Roll out onto floured surface and knead for 5-10 minutes.

8Shape into ball and put in lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour.

9Punch dough down and knead for a few more minutes.

10Separate into 2 rounded loaves.

11Put on baking sheet (lined with baking paper), cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until double.

12Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C, until underside sounds hollow when tapped.

13Let cool on wire rack.

14Serve warm.
