  • 1 (10 -15 ounce) jar honey, but any size will work
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 8 whole allspice

Directions

    Put the honey in a pretty jar of your choice. Add the cinnamon, cloves, and allspice. Set the jar in a bowl of hot water for 20 minutes for the flavors to develop.

    Put lid on jar and attach a wide ribbon around lid with a wooden honey server to serve the honey.
