- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. walnuts, toasted and chopped
Directions

1Combine oil and mustard with a wire whisk; stir in vinegar and water.

2Add honey, whisking until blended.

3Add nuts; cover and chill.

4Just before serving toss with torn fresh spinach, radishes, watercress and crumbled cooked bacon, if desired.
