  • 2 cup Warm Water
  • 2 cup While Wheat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 5 cup Flour

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Dissolve treat in warm water.

    Add honey and stir well.

    Mix in whole wheat flour, salt, and oil.

    Work flour in gradually.

    Knead dough at least 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

    Cover dough surface with oil on a well oiled bowl and cover with a warm, damp cloth.

    Punch down the dough.

    Let rise

    Let rise until doubled in bulk, about 45 minutes.

    Punch down the dough.

    Pinch into two loads and place each into an oiled bread pan.

    Allow dough to rise under the cloth until about an inch above the top of both pans.
