- 2 cup Warm Water
- 2 cup While Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 5 cup Flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Dissolve treat in warm water.

3Add honey and stir well.

4Mix in whole wheat flour, salt, and oil.

5Work flour in gradually.

6Knead dough at least 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

7Cover dough surface with oil on a well oiled bowl and cover with a warm, damp cloth.

8Punch down the dough.

9Let rise

10Let rise until doubled in bulk, about 45 minutes.

11Punch down the dough.

12Pinch into two loads and place each into an oiled bread pan.

13Allow dough to rise under the cloth until about an inch above the top of both pans.

14Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
